Orders and Refunds

At Stay Grounded TV, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you have any issues with your order, whether it’s a mistake, damaged product, or something else, we’re here to help.

What to Do If You Have an Issue with Your Order:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: If there’s a problem with your order (wrong item, damaged product, missing items, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue quickly. Fill out the form below, with your order number and a description of the issue. Be sure to attach photos if relevant (e.g., damaged items).

  2. Return/Exchange Process: We will guide you through the return or exchange process. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging (if applicable). If we made an error, we’ll cover return shipping costs. If the issue is customer-related (wrong size, change of mind), the customer will be responsible for shipping.

  3. Refunds: Refunds are issued once the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

  4. Exchanges: If you’re looking to exchange an item (e.g., different size or color), we’ll work with you to ensure you get the right product. Depending on availability, an exchange may be processed or you may be offered a refund.
