From Generation to Generation.

Stay Grounded TV is the product of a lifelong passion for the outdoors, faith, and family. Founded by two brothers, Tanner Stay and Jesse Stay, our company is built on a legacy of land ownership, hunting, and land management, rooted in the values passed down by their father, Toby Stay.

Tanner Stay | Co-Founder

Tanner is an experienced land investor, landowner, and trophy hunter who believes every property has a purpose and every season has something to teach you. He understands how to bring out the best in a piece of land, whether the goal is better hunting, stronger conservation, or long-term investment. His approach is shaped by years in the field and the same precision he brings to his hunting strategy. As the operator of his own land management company, Tanner creates custom plans that help landowners build ground they are proud of.

“I care about showing the real stuff. The work, the setbacks, the progress. That’s what Stay Grounded is to me.”

Jesse Stay | Co-Founder

Jesse Stay is the oldest of the Stay brothers and has spent his life learning how to care for land, wildlife, and the work that comes with both. He is a hands-on landowner with experience in habitat design, access planning, and developing properties that grow and hold mature Whitetails. With more than 30 tracts of land developed over the years and more than 3,200 acres currently under his management, Jesse understands what it takes to build and maintain high-quality hunting ground.

Alongside his role as a land broker with LandGuys, Jesse continues to develop land and work on long-term projects that improve habitat, strengthen deer herds, and bring out the best in every property he touches. Stay Grounded matters to him because it shows the real work and the real lifestyle behind the hunts.

"I care about the land and the process, and Stay Grounded lets people see that for what it is.”

Tristin Williams | Outdoor Media & Content Producer

Tristin Williams is an outdoor media producer with a lifelong passion for hunting, land stewardship, and visual storytelling. With experience across TV, YouTube, and digital platforms, he brings a creative eye to capturing Midwest whitetail hunting and land management. Tristin films, edits, and helps produce content for Stay Grounded, while also supporting LandGuys with high-quality media that strengthens the brand’s storytelling and reach.

"A good story doesn’t need to be staged. You just have to be there when the moment happens.”
